St Peter St Paul

Welcome to Swaffham Church

One of the 300 major Churches of England. Our Church Community seeks to offer regular worship and Prayer, and to serve our community that surrounds it.

We are an inclusive church. God loves everyone as they are and we aim to do the same.

Our magnificent church building was begun by Rev’d Dr John Botwright in 1454 and completed by 1510 following the collapse of a previous building. However each generation brings new thoughts and changes to the interior.

We are grateful for support from the wider community to enable us to keep our doors open and provide a welcome for all who visit. Our opening hours in winter (November to end March) are 9am -3pm, and in summer 9am – 4pm. Our Pew Sheets have a weekly up-to-date diary of church activities for you to plan around.

If you would like to make a ‘one off’ donation to Swaffham Parish Church do use the link below, or for information on making regular contributions, please contact our treasurer.
