Baptism & Christening

​​In the sacrament of Baptism, the Church welcomes people (both children and adults) into the family of God. It is an honour and a joy.

Sometimes Baptism may be called a Christening, especially for babies. There is no difference.

We baptise members of the congregation, their immediate families, and residents of our parish. If you are not sure which parish you live in, please contact one of the clergy.
